At ZenWave, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all ZenWave red light therapy blankets and infrared sauna wraps.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

• Electrical malfunctions not caused by misuse

• Faulty zippers, seams, or connections under normal use

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, fabric pilling)

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

How to Submit a Claim:

To start a warranty claim, email us at zenwaveteam@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or video of the damage

If your product is covered, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you—because your wellness should never be on pause.
